While so many Americans are clamouring for Justin Bieber deportation, sobody is dying to be like him. His name is Toby. He’s 33 years old. He spent a grand total of $100K on nearly 100 plastic surgery procedures to look like Justin Bieber. He doesn’t look anything like Justin Bieber.
On the season finale of “My Strange Addiction,” Toby was featured as the program’s addict of the evening, delving into the psychology of why he wants so badly to look like the international pop star (Toby was starting to look visibly older and "didn't know what to do," he explained).
