   The Federal Capital Territory Administration FCTA, made known their intention to phase out mini-buses from the city center, and restrict their operations within the Area Councils and Satellite towns sometimes ago which generated various protests from the drivers, based on the protests and condemnation from meaningful Nigerians, FCTA postponed the commencement date to 3rd June, 2013 which is today. I am very sure the drivers are not taken unaware this time.
