OIL BUNKERING:JTF seizes three vessels, destroys 362 illegal refineries

"The Joint Task Force, JTF, code named Operation Pulo Shield, Saturday, launched an operation along the creeks and waterways of Delta and Bayelsa states, leading to the seizure of three vessels and destruction of 362 illegal refineries"

362 refineries, you call them refineries meaning their end products still find their way to the Nigeria market, i am no longer in support of these destruction of the so call illegal refineries , if  they actually refine this crude while will the Federal government not licence them legalize these mini refineries give them the training and the facility they need to bring their products to standard  if Nigeria have 362 legal mini refineries come-on, jobs will be created, importation will reduce, the phrase "illegal refineries" will be rarely used.
But, that's not to say we are in support of the illegal act because it has been tagged "illegal" what we are saying  is the government should look for a way to change the 'illegal" tag to "legal' in cooperate these people into the system, build Mini-refineries, train them, even OIL BUNKERING’ will drastically reduce, if not, i don't see ILLEGAL OIL BUNKERING AND ILLEGAL REFINERIES COMING TO A HALT SOON,
Well, the act is still illegal, if you are caught you will face the music, for those who are involved , write to the federal government formally tell them you can manage Mini-refineries, and wait for their respond rather than wasting the crude
