Kim Kardashian's Miscarriage Scare a “wake up” call

Yesterday, Kim Kardashian thought she was having a miscarriage and rushed to the hospital in tears. Thankfully she’s fine, but says the scare was a total “wake up” call.

Basically, Kim’s acting like she’s on a non-stop vacation even though she has a bun in the oven and needs to stop getting on planes and wearing couture jeans that don’t fit around her waist.
Kim was in LA on Saturday, flew to Paris the next day to see a fashion show with Kanye West, which IM SURE had an after-party, and then immediately turned around and flew back to LA.-Hollyscoop
