Multiple Explosions In Katsina As Gunmen Attack Prison, Police Stations


While F.G. is trying to quell the activities of the insurgence in part of the Northern Nigerian some Suspected terrorists yesterday launched bomb attacks on targets in Daura municipal area of Katsina State.

Sources disclosed that two police stations , a branch of First Bank in the town and Daura Central Prison were among the places bombed. It was gathered that the blast started around 10pm yesterday.

Although casualty level could not be ascertained by the time of this report, it was gathered that the pandemonium sent people fleeing in all directions.

Efforts to reach the spokesman of the Katsina State Police Command were fruitless as he did not respond to calls from our correspondent-Leadership
